We have received reports of fraudsters calling and texting members pretending to be from St. Jean’s Credit Union and asking them to confirm a transaction or personal information we have on file. The number on the text message and Caller ID appears to be from St. Jean’s Credit Union.

Remember: St. Jean’s Credit Union will never ask for your social security number, date of birth, debit card number, account number or your account balances. If you have confirmed transactions, given out your card details, have received a call requesting any personal information or ever received a suspicious call or message that appears to be from St. Jean’s Credit Union, please call us directly at 781-592-5420.
